Please note: When you use the Pendulum AI mobile application (“Mobile App”) or desktop application (“Desktop App”) (collectively, the “Apps”), your data is typically processed under our agreements with business clients, not under this Privacy Policy. However, if we are permitted to process any of that data for our own purposes, we will follow the practices set out in this policy. B. Information on Behalf of Our Business Customers and Through the Apps
Pendulum AI provides services to business customers and processes information on their behalf, including data collected through our mobile and desktop applications. This may include tracking technologies activated at the direction of our customers. Such data is referred to as “Customer Data.”
Our handling of Customer Data is governed by contracts with those business customers, not this Privacy Policy. If we combine Customer Data with information collected through our own services, we will treat the combined data according to this Privacy Policy, subject to any additional limitations required by our customers.
We are not responsible for how our business customers use the information we process for them. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies for details.

A. Information Collected Through the Apps
Your rights and choices regarding information collected through the Pendulum AI Mobile and Desktop Apps are governed by our agreements with the relevant business customer (typically your employer or service provider).
If you have questions or wish to exercise any rights regarding that information, please contact the applicable business customer directly.
B. Tracking Technology Choices
Cookies and Pixels
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can change your browser settings to reject or delete cookies, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain features on our Service or Apps. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you’ll need to manage settings separately on each one.
Do Not Track (DNT)
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. However, because there is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, Pendulum AI does not respond to DNT requests at this time. For more details, visit www.allaboutdnt.com.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Pendulum AI at any time by:
Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing emails, or
Emailing us at the address listed in the “Contact Us” section with the subject line: UNSUBSCRIBE.
Please note:
You cannot opt out of non-promotional communications, such as emails related to your account, transactions, or ongoing business relationships.
Opting out is specific to the email address used and will not affect future subscriptions under a different address.
Data Security
Pendulum AI implements and maintains reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, while we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us or that we store.
